Guest rooms

In Les Papinières, we offer five guest rooms full of charm. You can reach your room between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and you must leave it before 10 a.m.. Outside of these hours, you must take the time to notify us as soon as possible so that we can organize your arrival in the best conditions. Late arrivals are only organized as far as possible for us, depending on our availability. An arrival during the night is not possible.

Each room offers its own universe to ensure a new adventure each time you visit!

Breakfast in the guest room

Every morning, during your getaway in a guest room full of charm and authenticity, near Puy du Fou, you will wake up full of indulgence.

In fact, every morning, between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., a generous breakfast is offered to you in the dedicated room. Wake up on a note of sweetness with the different delicacies available: “homemade” bread, cakes and jams, dairy products, compotes, seasonal fruits, hot drinks, fruit juices and many others.

The real plus of this local breakfast is the traditional and delicious Brioche Vendéenne!

The Gîte le Prieuré

Rated 3 stars, our Gîte le Prieuré adapts to your needs to accommodate up to 4 or 6 people. You will enjoy a private enclosed garden, with private access to the swimming pool, a barbecue and garden furniture. You will have access to other common outdoor spaces.

Arrival and departure times, as well as conditions, are the same as for guest rooms (see above).

The group accommodation

Privatize the whole of Papinières: Gîte le Prieuré, guest rooms, common room, garden and swimming pool, and you obtain the Group gîte, for maximum 18 people.

You will have everything you need to enjoy, for a weekend or a longer stay.

Arrival takes place on Friday at 6 p.m. and departure on Sunday at 6 p.m.. Outside of weekends, contact us!

Please note: festive gatherings are not authorized and animals are not allowed.

The options in Gîte le Prieuré and group accommodation

Cleaning is optional, however, you will need to clean and tidy the kitchen and dining area.

Cleaning at Gîte le Prieuré: €80
Group accommodation cleaning: €150

The bed, bathroom and household linens are provided when renting the Gîte le Prieuré, they are in addition and optional when renting the Group accommodation.

Cancellation conditions in guest rooms

If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains forfeited.

If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.

If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on the day the stay begins, this contract automatically becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.

In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains in full with the owner.

In addition, if and only in this case, a pandemic and/or government measures prevent your arrival, we undertake to grant you a postponement or refund free of charge.

Cancellation conditions in Gîte le Prieuré or in a group gîte

Any cancellation must be notified by email to our attention.

Cancellation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation occurs less than 6 months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid remains forfeit.

If the cancellation occurs 60 days or less from the start of the day, the entire stay remains forfeited.

In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the overall cost of the rental remains in full with the owner.

Case of global pandemic: any cancellation in this specific context and only, will give right to a full refund or postponement of the stay at the customer's choice.
